Like everyone else, we loved barbecue evenings, and then the plancha grill.
We loved sharing these meals outdoors, where each cooking session became a moment of conviviality, laughter and complicity.
But one fact was clear: high-end griddles were often overpriced.
They offered excellent performance, but remained reserved for a privileged few. And that, for us, made no sense.
ID Plancha was born from this reflection.
